We offer an outstanding array of food and beverage selections designed to meet the varied needs We can provide you with complete services for events that range from simple coffee breaks to elegantly served receptions and dinners. If you have specific needs, please contact your Food and Nutrition Manager.  The staff of the Food and Nutrition Services Department looks forward to serving you.  Please read the following guidelines carefully.

SET-UP TIME REQUIREMENTS

Our staff will have catering events set-up by the requested “set-up” time indicated on the catering form.  Please allow our catering staff the allotted time.  Any interruptions will take away time from their set-up.

COMPLETE ALL SECTIONS OF THE SPECIAL FUNCTION REQUEST FORM

All requests for catering services must be made using Catertrax Scheduler at least 7 days in advance of the date of your event. The catering guide and special function form can be found on the HC Net, under departments, click Food and Nutrition.   All information must be provided, including the person or department to whom the event should be charged.

LEFTOVERS

Food safety and sanitation standards prohibit food leftover from a function from being re-used for another event.  For the same reasons, we unfortunately cannot issue a credit for unused food.

LATE ORDERS

If requesting an order within 7 days of the event, it will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  Late orders may not be able to be accommodated due to business volume and/or ability to get necessary products by the time of the event.

CHARGES AND PAYMENT

All functions are charged on a per person basis.  Final numbers are required 72 hours in advance of the function.  Prices listed in this manual do not include amenities such as, linens, special equipment, flowers, etc.  These items are available for an additional charge.

Prices of amenities are as follows:
Flowers: Market Price
Rental Equipment & Linen: Market Price

LABOR

Events after 5:00 PM Monday through Friday or on weekends may be charged additional labor.  Additional charges will be incurred for overtime or additional staffing needs for any function.

CHANGES TO THE REQUEST

Changes to an event must be submitted at least 72 hours prior to the function.

CANCELLATIONS

24 hours required notice for coffee and food services
72 hours required notice for events of 50 or more, for special events, or waited functions.

The customer will be held financially responsible for all costs incurred based on the guaranteed number regardless of the final count.  Financial responsibility applies in the case of cancellation outside the specified time limits.

BUFFET/WAITED SERVICES

Buffet service is included in the list pricing.  Waited service can be provided at an additional cost.

EQUIPMENT

All catering display equipment must be left for pick-up after event. Additional charges for missing display equipment may be incurred.

MENU
